These prices are based toys ranging in size to a maximum of approx 30cm (sitting height). Larger toys can be priced on application.

Conditions and Limitations of Service
Fragile, old or delicate soft toys may not be suitable for cleaning and treatment.
Some fabrics and fillings may limit the cleaning options available, in which case we will use only steam, or only hand washing as the initial cleaning method.
All care will be taken to ensure that the fabric of all soft toys remains in it's original condition but some fabrics may change in texture or appearance slightly after cleaning.
The size and construction of some soft toys may limit the services we are able to offer you. We can discuss this with you upon application and receipt of photos of your items.
Regular domestic laundry products are used, in addition to the use of very high and very low temperature treatments.
We are unable to treat heavily mould affected soft toys.
Our Special Agent Teddys are cleaned in between loan to our clients.

If a loaned "Special Agent Teddy" is damaged, lost or not returned at the completion of service, a replacement fee of $45 will apply.
